Our Refund Policies
Coaching Refund Policy
Unused coaching sessions are refundable, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 90 days after purchase date. After 90 days, coaching purchases expire. You will receive a refund check with 30 days of asking for a refund.
Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets purchased for our live events are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferrable to another event for 14 days after purchase date.
Retail Product Refund Policy
Products that you receive in the mail (like books, workbooks or kits) can be returned for a 100% refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 90 days after purchase date. Please mail products to: 11017 Brockbank Dr, Dallas, Tx 75229. You must use certified mail to qualify.
You will receive a refund check for the product within 10-15 business days after we receive the returned product.
Electronic-only Product Refund Policy
Products that are in electronic format only (like ebooks) are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied at any time, please contact our home office at (972) 365-8084. We will do our best to meet your expectations. Thank you.
